Dr. Hallemeier graduated from Harvard College with a degree in Anthropology in 1996. She attended medical school at Yale School of Medicine, in New Haven, CT, and completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
Her medical interests include young adult medicine, nutrition and lifestyle management, chronic disease management, and the intersection of the global environment with individual health.
Dr. Hallemeier has been practicing primary care medicine on Cape Cod since 2007. Now with Emerald Physicians, she is seeing adult patients only.
Dr. Hallemeier is accepting new patients at Emerald Physicians’ newest office located at 3880 Falmouth Road in Cotuit.
