KIMBALL, RONALD D., 55, 225 Main St., Hyannis; trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, 2 counts drug possession class B to distribute, drug possession class C to distribute, bail set at $25,000 cash, pre-trial hearing March 19, 2013

WALLACE, ANDREW T., 7 Christina Ln., Sandwich; aggravated assault and battery, pre-trial April 26, 2013

Dispositions:

DILORENZO, ANTHONY, 27, 51 Mill Pond Rd., West Yarmouth; breaking and entering night time for felony, larceny from a building, destruction of property over $250 and break into depository, entered guilty plea, sentenced to 28 months in the house of corrections with 9 months to serve, will remain on probation following release until February 27, 2015

LIND, FRANK P., 33, 77 Winter St., Hyannis; assault and battery with dangerous weapon, and two counts assault and battery on a police officer, admitted to sufficient facts, sentenced to four months in the house of corrections, one month to serve, credited 31 days, balance of sentence suspended, will serve probation until February 28, 2014.

NEWCOMB, TEKEEA M., 27, 40 Spring St., Hyannis; assault and battery, dismissed by request of Commonwealth, failure of victim to cooperate

PECKHAM, JUSTIN, 21, 32 Partridge Valley Rd., West Yarmouth; larceny over $250, entered guilty plea, sentenced to on year in the house of corrections

SCHUCK, SHERMAN C., 45, 2 Charmaine Rd., Falmouth; larceny under $250, dismissed, ordered to pay $100 in court costs

WILLARD, JOHN W., 56, 90 Old Chatham Rd., Harwich; larceny of motor vehicle, entered guilty plea, sentenced to 18 months in the house of corrections, 90 days to serve, 34 days credit given, balance suspended, will remain on probation until February 23, 2015, also ordered to pay $90 victim witness fee and $50 a month in probation fees
