Notable incidents from Tuesday March 12, 2013
Police arrested Zachary Mills, who is homeless in Hyannis, on an outstanding warrant while responding to a report of suspicious activity at Barnstable Inn Real Estate Trust on Main St. Rte. 6A.
Police summonsed Linda J. Briggs, 46, of Buzzards Bay during a motor vehicle stop on Winter St. and Linden St. at 4:19 p.m. Briggs was charged with operating after revocation of registration, operating uninsured and owner of a motor vehicle with no inspection sticker.
Police arrested Paul Joseph Lescault, 23, of West Barnstable during a motor vehicle stop at Cumberland Farms on Iyannough Rd. at 5:55 p.m. Lescault was charged with unlawful possession of dangerous weapon to wit knife.
Police arrested Nikolas Adam Rescigno, 19, of Marstons Mills while responding to a report of a domestic situation on Calvin Hamblin Rd. at 7:52 p.m. Rescigno was charged with injury to real or personal property.
