Police arrested Marie L. Hopkins, 54, of Sandwich during a motor vehicle stop on Main St. and Ocean St. at 1:26 a.m. Hopkins was charged with OUI-liquor, operating to endanger and one-way street violation.
Police arrested Dwayne C. Peters, 31, of Marstons Mills while responding to a report of gun shots on Gooseberry Ln. at 3:18 a.m. Peters was charged with discharging a firearm within 500 feet of building, injury to real or personal property, disorderly conduct and carrying a loaded shotgun on a public way.
Police responded to a report of breaking and entering in a motor vehicle on Country Club Dr. at 4:17 a.m.
Police arrested a 16-year-old juvenile while responding to a report of domestic assault and battery on Bearse’s Way at 7:24 a.m. The juvenile was charged with assault and battery domestic violence.
Police arrested John Stewart, 20, of East Falmouth while responding to a report of a disturbance on Bearse’s Way at 7:35 a.m. Stewart was charged with drug possession class D (less than one ounce civil infraction), assault and battery on a police officer, resisting/obstructing arrest.
Police arrested Anthony S. Degrace, 50, of Hyannis while responding to a report of domestic assault and battery on Bearse’s Way at 10:28 a.m. Degrace was charged with assault and battery domestic violence and assault and battery by dangerous weapon.
Police arrested Barry John Kelley, 71, of Centerville while responding to a report of domestic assault and battery on Aurora Ave. at 5:11 p.m. Kelley was charged with assault and battery domestic violence.
Police arrested Mark Engard, 23, of Hyannis while responding to a report of shoplifting at Kmart on Iyannough Rd. at 5:14 p.m. Engard was charge with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
