Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at a Spruce Street address at 1:51 a.m. They arrested Maria J. Quiroz, 24, of 55 Walnut Street, Hyannis, for breaking and entering during nighttime for a misdemeanor and witness intimidation.
Police responded to a motor vehicle accident involving property damage on Race Lane at 7:50 a.m.
Police responded to a report of fraud at an Old Colony Road address at 9:59 a.m.

Police conducted a follow-up investigation at a Crosby Road address at 11:24 a.m. They issued a complaint against Jonathan Tyler Dennen, 21, of 55 Crosby Road, Centerville, for 12 counts of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, 12 counts of larceny under $250, and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. They also made two juvenile arrests.

Police responded to a report of a suspicious person at the corner of Falmouth Road and Garden Lane at 11:37 a.m. They arrested Andrew A. Smith, 18, of 19 McGrath Road, Sagamore Beach, on a prior warrant.
Police responded to a motor vehicle accident involving property damage on North Street at 12:16 p.m.
Police conducted a follow-up investigation at a Barnstable Road address at 1:16 p.m. They issued a complaint against Pamela Edwards, 42, of 896 Route 28, Apartment 2, South Yarmouth, for four counts of larceny by check.

Police responded to a report of violating a liquor ordinance at the corner of Winter Street and Charles Street at 1:35 p.m. They took an individual into protective custody.
Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at a Stage Coach Road address at 3:35 p.m.
