COOK, JASON, 25, 43 Erin Ln., Hyannis; assault and battery, entered guilty plea, sentencing to be held May 6, 2013 following pre-sentence evaluation, assault with dangerous weapon admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding

CROCKER, JOHN D., 48, 173 Audrey’s Ln., Marstons Mills; leaving the scene of property damage, dismissed by request of Commonwealth, negligent operation of motor vehicle entered guilty plea, sentenced to probation until April 3, 2015

FERREIRA, SONIA, 32, 313 Castlewood Cir., Hyannis; drug possession class B, drug possession class B, larceny under $250, admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding until April 2, 2014, will remain on probation until that date, ordered to pay $50 a month in probation fees, assault with a dangerous weapon, misusing sex offender registry information, and threat to commit a crime, charges dismissed due to failure of witness to appear and cooperate with the Commonwealth
