Roeun Heng was arrested for trafficking cocaine on Cape Cod.

Over the past month police have been investigating Roeun Heng, 31, of Marstons Mills, according to a press release.

During the investigation police allegedly conducted numerous controlled cocaine buys at Heng’s home at 166 Chuckles Way.

Police learned Heng was planning a trip to Rhode Island to resupply. While in Rhode Island, detectives observed Heng conducting what appeared to be a quick drug transaction.

Police pulled Heng over as he was making his way home Tuesday on Route 6. Police found 44 grams of cocaine in Vieira’s vehicle worth $8,000.

Police also searched Heng’s home and arrested his roommate 31-year-old Kenneth Vieira. Vieira was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property over $250. The charge stems from an investigation in which Vieira had pawned jewelry belonging to a woman that had her vehicle broken into and her purse stolen in Falmouth.

Heng is currently on probation for armed masked robbery from Suffolk Superior Court. He was arraigned in Barnstable District Court and held on $10,000.

Vieira was arraigned in Barnstable District Court and held on $500 bail.
