The Cape Cod Regional Law Enforcement Council SWAT Team dispatched 20 police officers and four K-9 units to Watertown and Boston this morning to help with the search for 19-year-old DzhoKar Tsarnaev, according to the Cape Cod Times.
Tsarnaev's brother, Tamerlan, 26, was killed last night in a shootout with police. The Tsarnaev brothers are suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings on Monday.
