Police arrested Trey S. Faria, 23, of Hyannis while responding to a report of suspicious activity at the Cape Codder Resort and Spa on Iyannough Rd. at 12:26 a.m. Faria was charged with disorderly person.
Police responded to a report of a domestic verbal argument on Seabrook Rd. at 1:59 a.m.
Police responded to a report of vandalism at Marstons Mills Elementary School on Main St. at 8:30 a.m.
Police responded to a report of a disturbance at The Car Guys on Yarmouth Rd. at 3:07 p.m.
Police arrested Hugh K. Proctor, 51, of South Yarmouth while responding to a motor vehicle accident on West Main St. and Pine St. at 3:20 p.m. Proctor was charged with operating a motor vehicle after suspension of license.
Police responded to a report of a domestic verbal argument on First Ave. at 3:34 p.m.
Police responded to a report of harassment on Bay Ln. at 4:33 p.m.
Police responded to a report of harassment at America’s Best Value Inn and Suites on Main St. at 4:37 p.m.
Police arrested Henrique Muryell Alves, 17, of Centerville during a motor vehicle stop on Ocean St. and Channel Point Rd. at 5:23 p.m. Alves was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, registration suspended and operating an unregistered motor vehicle/trailer.
Police arrested James V. Florio, 25, of Dennisport while responding to a report of shoplifting at Sears on Iyannough R. at 7:07 p.m. Florio was charged with larceny of property $250 or less and also arrested on two outstanding warrants.
Police arrested Trenton A. Duty-Andrade, 18, of East Falmouth while responding to a report of harassment at the Hyannis Trading Post on Main St. at 9:32 p.m. Duty-Andrade was charged with injury to real or personal property.
Police arrested Janice Hyland, 68, of Hyannis while responding to a traffic complaint on Pitcher’s Way and Scudder Ave. at 9:33 p.m. Hyland was charged with OUI-liquor, marked lanes violation and operating to endanger.
