Police arrested Lorenzo Raulli, 21, of Yarmouth while responding to a report of a disturbance at Five Eighty Six Bistro and Bar on Main St. at 1:09 a.m. Raulli was charged with disorderly conduct.
Police arrested Darren Devine, 22, of West Barnstable while responding to a report of a disturbance on Plum St. at 2:43 a.m. Devine was charged with assault and battery, assault by dangerous weapon, injury to real or personal property, false report to police and unlawful possession of chemical substance.
Police responded to a report of domestic assault and battery on Tower Hill Rd. at 6:34 a.m.
Police responded to a report of larceny on Walnut St. at 10:17 a.m.
Police responded to a report of harassment on Sea St. at 10:58 a.m.
Police responded to a report of larceny at Burger King at the Cape Cod Mall at 11:15 a.m.
Police responded to a report of assault on Scudder Ave. at 2:58 p.m.
Police responded to a report of a disturbance on Scudder Ave. at 3:45 p.m.
Police responded to a report of larceny on River Rd. at 4:07 p.m.
Police arrested Jabsem Luis-Mercado, 22, of Littleton NH. While responding to a report of larceny at Kmart on Iyannough Rd. at 4:26 p.m. Luis-Mercado was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
Police responded to a report of harassment on Powderhorn Way at 5:28 p.m.
Police responded to a report of harassment on Main St. at 6:00 p.m.
Police arrested Juciara Marta, 31, of Osterville while on a follow up investigation on Town Hill Rd. at 6:54 p.m. Marta was charged with assault and battery by dangerous weapon to wit wooden reindeer, domestic threat to commit domestic violence murder.
Police arrested Michael Paul Souza, 33, of Cotuit, while responding to a report of assault on Shell Ln. at 6:56 p.m. Souza was charged with injury to real or personal property and assault and battery domestic violence.
Police arrested Darren k. Adesso, 43, of Centerville while responding to a report of a domestic verbal argument on Nottingham Dr. at 11:41 p.m. Adesso was charged with assault and battery domestic violence.
