WELCH, JEFFREY J., 46, 168 Old Colony Rd., Hyannis; drug possession class A, admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding, sentenced to probation until January 24, 2014, ordered to pay $50 victim witness fee and $65 a month in probation fees
