7:11 am - Police assisted at a brush fire off Betty’s Pond Road.
7:39 am - Warrant arrest. 200 Blueberry Lane, Marstons Mills, Isaiah Fagan, 33, 100 Blueberry Lane, Marstons Mills, arrested on five default warrants for shoplifting originating in Boston, Beverly and Saugus and on a default warrant for possession of a Class B substance originating from Boston.
8:50 am - Follow-up investigation, HyLine Cruises administrative office, 220 Ocean Street, police arrested Sarah M. Greene, 21, of 96 Cinderella Terrace, Marstons Mills and charged her with larceny from a building, ship, vessel or railroad car, larceny of property worth more than $250, larceny of property worth less than $250.
11:58 am - Police responded to a report of vandalism, graffiti, at the Horace Mann Charter School, 165 Bearse’s Way.
4:19 pm - Police responded to a report of counterfeit money at Hollister Clothing in Cape Cod Mall.
7:25 pm - Police responded to a report of breaking and entering into a residence at 74 Capt. Baker Road.
8:04 pm - Police stopped a motor vehicle at the Stop & Shop store in Hyannis. They arrested an unidentified person on unidentified charges.
8:39 pm - Police stopped a motor vehicle at Cooke’s Seafood, 132 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, and arrested two unidentified individuals on unidentified charges. They also arrested Thomas Silva, 250 Winter Street, Hyannis, and Sergio Paiva of 644 Remington Drive, Palm Bay, Fla, and Robert Massaad of 25 Captain Besse Road, South Yarmouth and charged those three with furnishing alcohol to minors and possession of an open container of alcohol.
10:18 pm - Police responded to a report of a disturbance at the Cape Cod Melody Tent. They arrested four adult males, charged them with disorderly conduct and placed them in protective custody.
10:51 pm - Police responded to a report of larceny at Cape Cod Hospital. They arrested Kellie Rand, 5780 Route 6 Eastham on a charge of larceny of property worth more than $250.
