Police arrested Eris Whatley, 21, of New Bedford while responding to a report of vandalism on Hinckley Rd. at 4:26 a.m. Whatley was charged with injury to real or personal property, breaking and entering night time, intent to commit a felony and threat to commit a crime.
Police responded to a report of harassment and threats at Cape Cod Mall on Iyannough Rd. at 10:47 a.m.
Police responded to a report of shoplifting at Home Depot on Independence Dr. at 12:37 p.m.
Police responded to a report of larceny on White Oak Trail at 1:45 p.m.
Police responded to a report of a domestic situation on Hinckley Rd. at 3:28 p.m.
Police responded to a report of harassment on Sea St. at 4:14 p.m.
Police arrested Darren Shame Pina, 41, of Hyannis while responding to a report of a domestic verbal argument on Hinckley Rd. at 4:40 p.m. Pina was charged with assault and battery domestic violence and injury to real or personal property.
Police responded to a report of harassment on Butler Ave. at 6:16 p.m.
Police arrested Jonathan Stuart Wattley, 21, of Hyannis during a motor vehicle stop on North St. and Sea St. at 7:46 p.m. Wattley was charged with OUI-liquor, operating recklessly so as to endanger, marked lanes violation and operating with open container.
Police responded to a report of breaking and entering in a motor vehicle at Kmart on Iyannough Rd. at 7:58 p.m.
