Police arrested Jessica Ann Randall, 17, of Hyannis while responding to a report of harassments and threats at Barnstable High School on West Main St. at 10:52 a.m. Randall was charged with threat to commit a crime.
Police responded to a report of a stolen boat at Wianno Yacht Club on Bridge St. at 12:36 p.m.
Police arrested Kenneth Michael Jones, 46, of Hyannis while responding to a report of harassment at Health and Human Services on North St. at 2:09 p.m. Jones was arrested as a fugitive from justice on an outstanding warrant for indecent exposure out of Erie Pennsylvania.
Police arrested Rodney E. Costa, 43, of Dennis while responding to a report of domestic assault and battery on Seagate Ln. at 2:25 p.m. Costa was charged with domestic threat to commit domestic violence assault and battery.
Police responded to a report of harassment on Dunns Pond Rd. at 3:19 p.m.
Police responded to a report of forgery on Foxglove Rd. at 3:24 p.m.
Police arrested Anthony R. Cuoco, 32, of Dennis Port during a motor vehicle stop at 4:27 p.m. Cuoco was arrested on two outstanding warrants one for unarmed burglary and one for failing to return leased prop.
Police summonsed a 10-year-old while responding to a report of larceny on Bristol Ave. at 4:44 p.m. The juvenile was charged with receiving stolen property over $250 and injury to real or personal property.
Police responded to a report of harassment at Green Lotus Café on Main St. at 4:56 p.m.
Police arrested Laura A. Wooldridge, 47, of Hyannis while responding to a report of shoplifting at Sears on Iyannough Rd. at 5:21 p.m. Wooldrige was charged with larceny of property over $250.
Police arrested Daniel J. Lavoie, 26, of Hyannis while responding to a report of suspicious activitiy at Cromwell Courts on Barnstable Rd. at 5:39 p.m. Lavoie was charged with resisting/obstructing arrest, disorderly conduct and arrested on two outstanding warrants.
Police arrested Emily M. Nunez, 36, of South Dennis while responding to a report of shoplifting at Kmart on Iyannough Rd. at 6:08 p.m. Nunez was charged with larceny of property over $250 and arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Police arrested Edwin L. Vandenberghe, 39, of Hyannis while responding to a report of harassment on Iyannough Rd. at 10:38 p.m. Vandenberghe was charged with injury to real or personal property.
Police arrested Thomas M. Goodwin III, 28, of Centerville during a motor vehicle stop on Patriot Way at 11:24 p.m. Goodwin was charged with open alcoholic container.
Police arrested Christopher Hewitt, 29, of Centerville while responding to a report of a domestic verbal argument on Great Marsh Rd. at 11:50 p.m. Hewitt was charged with assault and battery domestic violence and intimidation of a witness.
