Barnstable Police Log September 1 through 3: More Warrant Arrests And General Drunkedness

Saturday, September 1

12:52 am - Police received a report of a fight at 586 Main Street, Hyannis. They arrested four adult males and charged them with disorderly conduct.
12:08 pm - Police executed a warrant at 26 Barberry Lane. They arrested Vera Siberia Ramirez, 29, of 261 Lakeside Drive, Marstons Mills and charged her with uttering counterfeit bills and having counterfeit bills in her possession.
12:58 pm - A caller asked for police assistance at the Hyannis Inn Motel. Police placed an adult male in protective custody.
1:48 pm - Police executed a warrant at the Hyannis Elks Lodge, 852 Bearse’s Way. They arrested Ryan R. Simpson, 19, of 67 Sea Street, Apt. C1 and charged him with defaulting on a court appearance and with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
2:31 pm - Police executed a warrant at Hyannis Village Green, 365 Main Street, Hyannis. They arrested Raphael Lee Morales, 28, of 84 Suomi Road, Hyannis and charged him with violation of a protective order.
10:07 pm - Police received a report of a disturbance at Hyannis Village Green, 365 Main Street, Hyannis. The place one adult male in protective custody.
10:20 pm - Police stopped a motor vehicle in the vicinity of 480 Main Street, Hyannis. They arrested Christian C. Morecraft, 25, of 111 St. Catherine Street, Hyannis and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving so as to endanger, speeding and with driving with no license in possession.
11:08 pm - Police received a report of a disturbance at 657 Main Street, Hyannis. They placed on adult male in protective custody.

Sunday, September 2

1:18 am - Police stopped a motor vehilce in the vicinity of 2485 Falmouth Road. They arrested Edward C. McDougal, 52, of 19 Lakeside Drive, Marstons Mills and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (fifth offense), driving so as to endanger, speeding, marked lanes violation and with driving with defective equipment.
4:17 am - Police performed a security check on Haywood Drive in Centerville. They placed one adult male in protective custody.
7:04 am - Police responded to a report of vandalism at 430 Main Street, Hyannis.
8:17 am - Police responded to a report of larceny at the Craigville Motel.
3:04 pm - Police responded to a traffic complaint in the vicinity of 700 Falmouth Road. They arrested two unidentified individuals and charged them with unidentified offenses.
6:31 pm - Police executed a warrant at 625 Main Street, Hyannis. They arrested Nathaniel l. Perkins, 19, of 38 Linden lane, Apt. 1, New Bedford and charged him with defaulting on a court appearance, distributing a Class B substance, assault and battery and with defacing property.

Monday, September 3

12:45 am - Police responded to a report of a disturbance at the Holiday Inn on Iyannough Road. They placed one adult male in protective custody.
12:52 am - Police responded to a report of a suspicious person at 378 Main Street, Hyannis. They arrested an adult male and charged him with indecent exposure.
2:09 am - A caller asked for police assistance at the International Inn, 662 Main Street, Hyannis. Police placed one adult male in protective custody.
10:34 am - Police responded to a report of breaking and entering into a boat at the Cotuit Town Dock.
12:46 am - police responded to a report of vandalism at 46 Dolar Davis Road, Centerville.
5:30 pm - Police assisted at a motor vehicle fire at 165 Yarmouth Road.
7:05 pm - Police responded to a report of larceny from Kmart off Iyannough Road, Hyannis.
9:07 pm - Police responded to a report of domestic vandalism at 71 Maple Street, Hyannis.
10:00 pm - Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at 49 Crooked Pond Road, Hyannis. They arrested Allan K. Middlebrooks, 23 (DOB 8/3/89) of 225 Main Street, Apt. 10, Hyannis and charged him with domestic assault and battery.
