Police Make Five Arrests Monday

The Barnstable Police Department provided the following. It does not indicate a conviction.

Notable incidents from Monday May 13, 2013

Police arrested Rodney Ferguson, 38, of New Bedford during a motor vehicle stop on Craigville Beach Rd. and Marie Ave. at 12:58 a.m. Ferguson was charged with operating a motor vehicle after suspension of license, number plate violation and no inspection sticker.

Police arrested Jose F. Camara, 38, of Centerville during a motor vehicle stop on West Main St. at 1:10 a.m. Camara was charged with OUI-liquor, operating without a license and a marked lanes violation.

Police responded to a report of larceny at Barnstable High School on West Main St. at 10:40 a.m.

Police arrested Dylan Terence Pratt, 21, of Hyannis on an outstanding warrant at the British Beer Company on Main St. at 11:05 a.m.

Police responded to a report of unarmed robbery at Aselton Memorial Park at 1:11 p.m.

Police responded to a report of assault on West Main St. at 4:09 p.m.

Police responded to a report of assault at they Hyannis Youth and Community Center on Bassett Ln. at 6:23 p.m.

Police arrested Francisco Sores Benoit, 38, of Hyannis and Michelle A. Barbosa, 51, of Hyannis while responding to a report of larceny at DJ’s Family Sports Club on Yarmouth Rd. at 8:52 p.m. Benoit and Barbosa were charged with defrauding a common victualler.

Police arrested Nicholas N. Tawatao, 18, of Sandwich while responding to a report of an accident on Falmouth Rd. and Old Stage Rd. at 10:56 p.m. Tawatao was charged with OUI-liquor.

Police responded to a report of larceny on Ocean St. at 11:23 p.m.
