A house fire on Turtleback Road left a family homeless in Marstons Mills Tuesday evening, according to the Cape Cod Times. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
The fire broke around 7:14 p.m. Tuesday, the Times reported. About 30 firefighters from the area were on-scene to fight the heavy fire, which completely destroyed the home.
The Red Cross is assisting the homeowners, who escaped the blaze safely. One firefighter sustained minor injuries and was taken to the Cape Cod Hospital.
