Police arrested Jimmy Lee Perry, 22 of West Yarmouth while responding to a report of a disturbance at CVS on North St. at 1:15 a.m. Perry was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting/obstructing arrest, a bicycle violation and also arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Police arrested Timothy J. Gallagher, 52 of Centerville on Fuller Rd. at 1:28 a.m. Gallagher was charged with Assault and Battery by dangerous weapon to wit a phone and assault and battery.
Police arrested Paul Joseph Lescault, 23 of West Barnstable on an outstanding warrant on North St. at 10:31 a.m.
Police arrested Shondell Rateree, 21 of Hyannis while responding to a traffic control issue at the West End Rotary at 10:50 a.m. Rateree was charged with attaching plates, operating without a license, operating uninsured, and no inspection sticker.
Police arrested Brett S. O’Keefe, 35 of East Falmouth, on an outstanding warrant while responding to a report of a disturbance at the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority on Iyannough Rd. at 12:36 p.m.
Police arrested James Michael Hall, 27 of Mashpee on an outstanding warrant while recovering a motor vehicle on Nautical Way at 1:55 p.m.
Police arrested Caullin E. Daniels, 18 of Barnstable during a well being check on Communication Way at 5:59 p.m. Daniels was charged with injury to real or personal property.
