A man is dead and three are in custody after a shooting at 30 Otis Rd. in Hyannis on Wednesday, according to the Cape Cod Times.
No charges have been filed in the shooting, Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O'Keefe said. Rescue workers took the victim from the house on a stretcher to an ambulance just before 2:30 pm and O'Keefe arrived at the scene around 4 pm, the Times reported.
