CANNING, BENJAMIN R., 21, 491 Route 6A, Sandwich; domestic assault and battery. Dismissed due to failure of witness to cooperate.
ENCK III, ROBERT D., 22, 35 Route 130, Apartment A, Sandwich; OUI liquor, operating a motor vehicle with license revoked (subsequent offense), miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, no inspection sticker, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Fined $600, 45 day loss of license.
ENOS-CANTALUPO, KRISTY LYNN, 22, 735 Harwich Road, Brewster; possession of a class A drug (two counts), possession of a class B drug, possession to distribute a class A drug, receiving stolen property worth over $250. Continued without finding and placed on probation until Oct. 24, 2013.
FERGUSON, RODNEY, 37, 4 Connemara Way, Yarmouth; failure to register as a sex offender. Dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
MURPHY, PETER, 33, 27 Wood Avenue, Sandwich; OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation. Fined $350, 45 day loss of license, continued without finding until Oct. 24, 2013.
