ARRAIGNMENTS

DICKSON, TYLER T., 20, 173 Hinckley Road, Hyannis; domestic assault and battery, injury to real or personal property. Pretrial hearing Dec. 6.

GUINEE, WILLIAM W., 46, 266 Buckskin Path, Centerville; OUI liquor, operating a motor vehicle to endanger, marked lanes violation, speeding. Pretrial hearing Nov. 26.

MIDDLEBROOKS, ALLAN K., 23, 225 Main  Street, Apartment 10, Hyannis; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, domestic assault and battery, injury to real or personal property. Pretrial hearing Dec. 6.

MORAN, SEAN P., 42, 1 Beckett Street, Hanson; assault and battery (two counts), aggravated assault and battery (two counts), witness intimidation, assault with a dangerous weapon, threatening to commit a crime, kidnapping. Pretrial hearing Nov. 28.

O’NEIL, RYAN J., 29, 1638 Hyannis Road, Barnstable; open and gross lewdness, indecent exposure. Ordered to stay away from victim and victim’s family; pretrial hearing Dec. 5.

VUJOSEVIC, VOJIN N., 43, 274 North Dennis Road, Yarmouthport; OUI liquor (second offense), operating a motor vehicle to endanger. Pretrial hearing Nov. 14.

DISPOSITIONS

BROWN, JOSHUA J., 22, 35 Clifford Street, South Yarmouth; assault and battery. Ordered to pay $3,226 restitution; placed on probation until Nov. 1, 2013.

KOPHAMMER, WILLIAM J., 23, 555 Cotuit Road, Mashpee; larceny over $250 (two counts), receiving stolen property worth over $250 (two counts). Sentenced to 18 months in the house of correction (31 days deemed served).

MACDONALD, JUDY M., 35, 516 Main Street, Apartment 3-5, Falmouth; larceny of property worth over $250 (two counts). Ordered to complete 20 hours of community service; continued without finding until Oct. 30, 2015.

STILLSON, THEODORE MITCHELL, 39, 1272 Mary Dunn Road, Cummaquid; domestic assault and battery. Dismissed due to witness being unavailable.
