Notable incidents from Friday March 1, 2013

Police responded to a report of a disturbance at 180 Main St. Apt. #5 at 12:16 a.m.

Police responded to a report of vandalism at Barnstable High School on West Main St. at 6:38 a.m.

Police responded to a report of a domestic restraining order violation at the Educational and Intervention Center on Pleasant St. at 9:33 a.m.

Police responded to a report of larceny at a residence on Main St. at 10:41 a.m.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance on Bassett Ln. at 11:16 a.m.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance at TD Bank North on Falmouth Rd. at 11:40 a.m.

Police responded to a report of assault and battery at Barnstable High School on West Main St. at 1:40 p.m.

Police responded to a report of shoplifting at Kandy Korner on Main St. at 4:14 p.m.

Police responded to a report of assault at Barnstable 1st District Court at 5:07 p.m.

Police arrested Thomas A. Walker, 23, of Brewster during a motor vehicle stop on Falmouth Rd. and Bearse Rd. at 9:04 p.m. Walker was charged with operating a motor vehicle after suspension of license, giving false name to police officer and operating with unnecessary noise.

Police arrested Paulo Azevedo Silva, 24, of Hyannis during a motor vehicle stop on Iyannough Rd. and Spring St. at 10:44 p.m. Silva was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and operating a motor vehicle with unnecessary noise.
