Clark, 42 of Marstons Mills was found guilty Thursday of more than 50 counts of embezzlement and wage violations following a 15 day trial, according to the Cape Cod Times.
Today Superior Court Judge Robert C. Rufo sentenced Clark to four to five years in state prison followed by 10 years of probation, according to the Cape Cod Times.
Clark was also fined $14,400 and will have to pay restitution. The amount of restitution has not yet been determined.
During the trial prosecutors argued that Clark stole tens of thousands of dollars from the charity and only gave families a small percent of money raised.
