Notable incidents from Tuesday May 28, 2013

Police responded to a report of breaking and entering in a motor vehicle on Patriot Way at 6:32 a.m.

Police responded to a report of larceny on Mitchell’s Way at 7:22 a.m.

Police responded to a report of larceny at Dunkin Donuts on West Main St. at 9:23 a.m.

Police responded to a report of larceny at Stewart Painting on Iyannough Rd. at 12:02 p.m.

Police responded to a report of harassment on Carriage Ln. at 1:38 p.m.

Police responded to a report of larceny at Barnstable High School at 1:45 p.m.

Police responded to a report of larceny on Guy Ln. at 2:49 p.m.

Police responded to a report of larceny on Donegal Cir. at 2:52 p.m.

Police arrested Francisco Sores Benoit, 38, who is homeless at Spanky’s Clam Shack on Ocean St. at 3:53 p.m. Benoit was charged with defrauding an inn keeper and assault and battery.

Police arrested Anthony Martin Jr., 27, of Hyannis while responding to a report of breaking and entering at a residence on Ebenezer Rd. at 4:56 p.m. Martin was charged with breaking and entering day time with intent to commit a felony, intimidation of a witness, larceny of property over $250 and threat to commit a crime (to wit arson).

Police responded to a report of a restraining order violation on Main St. at 6:34 p.m.

Police arrested Brenden A. Harris, 20, of Hyannis while responding to a report of assault on County Seat St. at 8:24 p.m. Harris was charged with assault by dangerous weapon and injury to real or personal property.
