Notable incidents from Monday June 3, 2013

Police arrested Jessica Lynne Abney, 27, of Hyannis during a motor vehicle stop on Sea St. and South St. Abney was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Police responded to a report of harassment at Hyannis Food Mart on Center St. at 9:32 a.m.

Police responded to a report of liquor at Barnstable Intermediate School on Falmouth Rd. at 9:55 a.m.

Police responded to a report of breaking and entering in a motor vehicle at Cape Regency on South Main St. at 10:17 a.m.

Police responded to a report of breaking and entering in a motor vehicle on Yarmouth Rd. at 12:01 p.m.

Police responded to a report of harassment on Arrowhead Dr. at 12:04 p.m.

Police arrested Kristopher J. Valerio, 33, of Hyannis on an outstanding warrant on Mitchell’s Way at 1:32 p.m.

Police arrested Jamie Simon Sockabasin, 42, of Hyannis while responding to a report of a medical emergency at the American Red Cross on South St. at 1:37 p.m. Sockabasin was charged with disorderly conduct, assault and resisting/obstructing arrest.

Police responded to a report of larceny on Lisa Ln. at 2:00 p.m.

Police responded to a report of assault at Cape Cod Times on Main St. at 3:42 p.m.

Police arrested Cesar E. Herrera, 40, of Hyannis while responding to a report of domestic assault and battery at Sam Diego’s on Iyannough Rd. at 4:48 p.m. Herrera was charged with assault and battery domestic violence.

Police responded to a report of assault and battery at Days Inn on Iyannough Rd. at 4:57 p.m.

Police arrested Tara L. Tobin, 22, of Centerville while responding to a report of domestic assault and batter on Iyannough Rd. at 5:39 p.m. Tobin was charged with assault and battery domestic violence, assault by dangerous weapon to wit a phone, assault and battery by dangerous weapon to wit a bottle and larceny of a credit card.

Police responded to a report of breaking and entering in a motor vehicle on Uncle Willies Way at 8:53 p.m.

Police arrested Jesse A. Smith, 21, of Yarmouth Port, while responding to a report of an accident on Rte. 149 at 9:50 p.m. Smith was charged with OUI-liquor, operating to endanger and marked lanes violation.

Police arrested Anthony A. Russ, 25, of Hyannis on an outstanding warrant on South St. and Ocean St. at 9:55 p.m.
